Innovation Project Leafy Crops

Improving yield, shelf life and quality in leafy vegetable cultivation by:

  • Investigating LED spectrum, intensity and day length.
  • Investigating how different plant densities form and develop different lettuce varieties.
  • Investigating the effect of different substrates.

SDG 11 | Because hydroponics significantly reduces our consumption of water and fertilisers.
