As a project manager, I develop and implement knowledge-driven projects with practical impact: from scientific knowledge translated to the farmyard to new pilots and innovations. My motivation lies in bridging idealism and reality: no wishful thinking, but system adjustments that combine ecological and economic gains to move the sector forward through shared learning experiences. I seek this connection through multidisciplinary collaborations where technology, ecology and people come together. My aquarium and vegetable garden, mini-ecosystems where diversity creates stability, inspire my approach: resilience starts with variation, in crops, cooperation and sources of income.
