As teamleader, I focus on knowledge development and knowledge sharing, both top-down and bottom-up. My projects either translate existing knowledge into practical solutions, or research new concepts and innovations. I love multidisciplinary challenges. Within agriculture, there's always a balance between practical added value, novelty, and cost/benefit. Together, you can sketch, try out, and share what’s worthwhile. In my free time, I engage with topics such as nutrient cycles, human functioning and economics. I try to employ the resulting vision for pioneering projects.
