Jeroen Willemse
I have now been working as a consultant at Delphy for more than 35 years. Besides advising on cultivation and preservation of arable products, I am much involved in the organisation, management and certification on the farm. As a specialist in economics and strategy, I give economic and technical advice on issues regarding development plans, cooperation or company takeovers. Within Delphy as a whole, I am also very much involved in subsidies and regulations (e.g. CAP). What really fascinates me are the regular contacts and visits to entrepreneurs and their families. I enjoy helping with developments on the farms and try to be of added value to them. I also experience working outside on the land and interacting with farmers as very pleasant.
