For the sixth year running, we are bringing together food professionals, chefs, producers, caterers and innovators who are working on the protein transition. During this inspirational day, we will share knowledge, sample new applications and discover together how lupin plays a key role in healthy and sustainable food.

Delphy is involved in Lekker Lupine through the Valereco project. As part of the Valereco project, Delphy is conducting a three-year field trial to investigate the positive effects on nature and soil resulting from the cultivation of protein-rich leguminous crops such as lupin.
