The two-year Delphy Academy supports starting professionals in their careers at Delphy in their development as experts, as professionals and as people.
The personal development path starts with the formulation of personal learning goals. You learn together with different colleagues in groups and have one-on-one discussions with your manager and the trainer/coach of the Delphy Academy. There is plenty of room for customisation, assurance and follow-up. Together, we work on a successful career at Delphy!
