Road toward a consortium on Climate and Water Smart Protected Cultivation (PIB)

This project aims to advance climate and water-smart agriculture in Egypt by connecting Dutch greenhouse technology providers, knowledge experts, and service providers with clients, partners, and beneficiaries in the Delta region.
Through a series of targeted activities—including a market study on protected cultivation, B2B matchmaking, knowledge exchange seminars at the Sahara Expo in Cairo, and showcasing Dutch solutions at the Agri Plaza Expo in Alexandria—the project seeks to improve Egyptian SMEs’ understanding of sustainable agricultural practices. Simultaneously, it aims to inform the Dutch business community about local needs and opportunities, fostering collaboration and innovation.
