In my work, I provide growers at home and abroad with cultivation guidance and tips on: climate control, fertilisation, water, crop protection, energy and labour. Appropriate for the farm and according to the grower's wishes in order to achieve a good growing and producing crop together. I exchange knowledge with the experts in my team and thus provide growers with the right information. It is great to see the differences in growers, entrepreneurs and companies, both at home and abroad. At Delphy, I experience the freedom to develop myself independently in the direction that suits me. I am keen on networking, getting to know entrepreneurs and companies and developing a lot of broad knowledge.
