Susan Tepper Junior Consultant Arable Farming

I work as a junior consultant within the Arable Farming North-East Netherlands team. Together with all colleagues, we make sure customers' questions are answered. The variety between walking in the field, solving questions, supporting projects and carrying out trials appeals to me a lot. Thinking in solutions is something I like to do, as a consultant you often need this skill! Looking for the right solution together with clients: that's what I strive for.
