As a consultant, I share and disseminate knowledge with growers, administrators, governments and organisations. I am all-round consultant who has built up expertise on field emission of crop protection and minerals in addition to farm guidance. As a national water expert, I have knowledge about drip irrigation, saving fresh water, water and soil, WFD standards and salinisation and translate theoretical into practical feasibility. Delphy conducts its own research and develops knowledge that we disseminate worldwide. It is important to me that the lines of communication are short and that we can grow along with the market. Because I have my own arable farm, the advisory role fits very well with the practical application on my own farm. As a result, I speak the entrepreneur's language and I often notice that I find it easier to talk to the entrepreneur.
