For Delphy, I advise strawberry and raspberry growers in the Netherlands and Germany. This involves both cultivation-technical and strategic advice. I am a discussion partner and sparring partner in the broadest sense of the word for the clients I assist. I work at Delphy because I like working with entrepreneurs and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team in a green environment. Being part of the soft fruit industry gives a lot of energy! Working at Delphy is not just a job but a way of life. This has a strong resemblance to the clients I supervise in the soft fruit sector.
