My field of work includes exposed and unexposed greenhouse crops, crops on racks and the cultivation of tray plants. Delphy gives me the freedom to set my own agenda. You are a small entrepreneur within the company with a strong degree of responsibility, both for Delphy and for your clients. Working together in a team means you don't have to know everything yourself and can rely on your colleagues. Even during holidays, it's nice that your colleagues can take over the work. I also find it fun and challenging to operate in many other countries around the world and learn what the culture is like there. To give good advice, you need to understand the culture. I like to see and experience new cultures, which is where my international work area fits in well.
