As office manager for the Arable Farming South-East Netherlands team, I support the consultants with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks. Thanks to the informal atmosphere within the company and the relatively flat organisational structure, I’ve felt part of the team and part of Delphy right from day one. My motivation for working at Delphy also stems from the end product we offer: adding value to the world!
