My expertise in horticulture is grounded in a BSc in Agronomic Engineering with a specialization in Tropical Crops and an MSc in Plant Sciences with a focus on Greenhouse Horticulture from Wageningen University & Research. My professional journey includes a deep understanding of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), and active contributions to advancing medicinal cannabis cultivation throughout Europe. Having a background in both Research & Development (R&D) and commercial production, as a Cultivation Manager at the first company approved by the ANSM for pharmaceutical purposes in France, I meticulously oversaw all R&D and production operations for medicinal cannabis. I ensured strict adherence to Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. Through this role, I have gained specialized knowledge and expertise in plant production systems tailored to the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
In my current capacity as a dedicated consultant for medicinal cannabis at Delphy, I provide targeted assistance to licensed producers, addressing critical aspects such as climate control, crop protection, fertilization, planning, labor management & training, development of SOPs, compliance, cost analysis, and more.
