At Delphy, I am able to use my talents and experience to successfully guide projects towards completion, while safeguarding stakeholder interests. In my capacity as a trainer, I focus on transferring and exchanging knowledge, with the aim to contribute to regional food security while promoting sustainable practices. I would describe myself as eager to learn, open, and naturally curious. These characteristics resonate with my responsibilities at Delphy, where I constantly encounter new people, different cultures, and diverse agricultural practices. These aspects of my work not only enrich my personal experiences but also help me improve my work performance.
