I work as a junior researcher in the arable farming team for the Northeast Netherlands. I contribute to the research that our team carries out. Working at Delphy means seeing and learning in practice. The work is very varied. There is a good balance between practice and theory and they support each other well. Working together with your colleagues is great: you have to do it together, that's the best way to get ahead.
