As a Greenhouse Consultant at Delphy, I help growers and investors improve crop performance through practical, data driven advice. My work includes crop strategy, climate and irrigation or fertigation steering, IPM integration, troubleshooting, and on-site training. I translate production targets into clear actions such as setpoints, work methods, and monitoring routines, so teams achieve more uniform quality, higher efficiency, and lower risk.
My drive to work at Delphy is impact. I want my work to translate into better decisions on farm, healthier crops, and more predictable results. Delphy’s practical, science-based approach gives me the platform to improve operations in climate, irrigation, fertigation, and IPM, and to transfer knowledge through training. I’m motivated by seeing growers adopt changes that raise performance and confidence.
I enjoy teaching and creating tools that make expertise easy to apply, whether through grower trainings, clear checklists, or simple dashboards. I also create educational content in Arabic on YouTube to support the next generation of growers. The shared ideal is empowerment: helping farms produce more with fewer resources by improving uniformity, reducing waste, and basing decisions on plant signals and solid data instead of guesswork.
