At Delphy, I contribute to development within indoor horticulture (controlled environment agriculture), by coaching our young talented managers and developing new markets and services. Entrepreneurship and construction is what drives me to give Delphy a stronger position and thus contribute to optimising horticulture. Being able to do this with young people gives me enormous energy and job satisfaction.
