Presenters profile:

Geoffrey Nyandoro, is a Horticulturist, a agriculture project manager and trainer with over 15 years of expertise in protected and open-field cultivation of vegetables and climate-smart agriculture technologies. He develops and implement trainings, feasibility studies, and zero assessments tailored to client needs. Some of the topics in my training sessions include soil health, crop nutrition, crop protection, irrigation, conservation agriculture, agroforestry, and organic farming.

Bayley Maidwell is an experienced open field crop consultant and project manager at specializing in agronomy, soil health, and sustainable crop production. He manages international projects, in the potato value chain, across Africa. Bayley can optimize soil conditions and growing environments, with extensive knowledge in potato production and storage. His background in farm management makes him a trusted advisor in sustainable agriculture and project implementation.
