On Friday, June 27, 2025, Boot & Dart Boomkwekerijen BV in Boskoop, together with Delphy and other parties, is organizing a demo day entitled “Resilient cultivation in practice.” Growers, employees, and students with a green education are welcome to attend.
How can you grow healthy plants in a sustainable and future-proof way? That is the challenge facing many growers. Boot & Dart Boomkwekerijen has extensive experience in sustainable cultivation and business operations and would like to share its practical experience and vision with you. During this afternoon, you will learn how you, as a grower, can make your cultivation more resilient, with fewer crop protection products and more attention to soil health, a strong assortment, green products, and natural enemies. You will take a tour of the company in groups and be inspired by practical examples, demonstrations, and expert speakers.

Program

The demo day ‘Resilient cultivation in practice’ will take place on June 27, 2025, at Boot & Dart, Halve Raak 7 in Boskoop, starting at 1:15 p.m. (doors open at 1:00 p.m.) and ending around 4:30 p.m. with a networking reception. Participants will tour the nursery in groups, visiting various speakers and themes.

Visiting the demo day (without license renewal) is free. However, you must also register your ticket.

BoDuM

Together, we are working to create a strong, healthy, and future-proof tree nursery!

The demo day is organized as part of the BoDuM project and is co-financed by the European Union. With this project, Boot & Dart aims to share its experience and vision of a sustainable, future-proof tree nursery with fellow growers, employees, and students. Together with Delphy, various workshops and demonstration days will be organized until 2027.
