Delphy appoints Edwin van Lenthe as new Managing Director of Delphy Netherlands

Wageningen, June 1st 2026 – Delphy announces the appointment of Edwin van Lenthe as Managing Director of Delphy Netherlands. His arrival marks a new chapter for Delphy, as Jacco van der Wekken concludes a career spanning more than 34 years with the organization.
With Van Lenthe, Delphy welcomes an experienced strategic leader with an extensive background in the agro and horticultural sector, organisational development, and international digital transformation projects. During his career, he held positions at companies including Rijk Zwaan, Floricultura and Heineken.

Van Lenthe studied Agro Systems Engineering at Wageningen University & Research and is known for his people-oriented leadership style, focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustainable organisational development.
