His arrival marks a new chapter for Delphy, as Jacco van der Wekken concludes a career spanning more than 34 years with the organization.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">With Van Lenthe, Delphy welcomes an experienced strategic leader with an extensive background in the agro and horticultural sector, organisational development, and international digital transformation projects. During his career, he held positions at companies including Rijk Zwaan, Floricultura and Heineken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Van Lenthe studied Agro Systems Engineering at Wageningen University &amp; Research and is known for his people-oriented leadership style, focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustainable organisational development.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cThe combination of deep expertise, independence and practical sector knowledge strongly resonates with me,\u201d says Edwin van Lenthe. \u201cDelphy has an impressive knowledge base and highly committed specialists who truly make a difference for growers and the sector as a whole.\u201d<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Since 2024, Delphy has been part of Royal Peterson Control Union Group B.V.
