I advise clients on Tree cultivation and perennial cultivation. Of course with special attention to cultivation, but certainly also to the development of the company, staff and the entrepreneur. I also work on larger company-wide issues that will influence the individual company over time. Each day itself, but also developing the companies further, are my drive and passion. I want to help develop a vision for the individual company, but also for the specific region and the national sector. Tree and perennial cultivation is a sustainable sector with many opportunities and developments. Nice to be able to contribute to that. I like working with people who have passion for something. Entrepreneurs often have that, but I also recognise it in my passion for football. Within a (football) team, you also have to work together towards a goal.
