Derk Rademaker
Our ambition is to empower growers. We do that with advice, practical research, innovative projects and training. As Board Member Knowledge and Development, I contribute with great enthusiasm and in a broad sense to the further development of Delphy. From the expansion of Delphy's research activities to the development of new products. I also have line responsibility for 7 teams: the four arable teams, Team projects and innovations, Team Central and South Africa, Team Germany and our participation Proeftuin Randwijk. I also represent Delphy in relevant external bodies such as the programme council of the Farm of the Future and the work field committee of the Horticulture and Arable Farming course of HAS Den Bosch.
Sport has always been my passion. As an fanatic athlete, I have always been result-oriented. In previous work experience, I gained a lot of experience in managing teams of highly skilled professionals and interim management in the agricultural sector. Both my experiences in sport and in previous work circles are very useful in my role as board member at Delphy.
