As an expert in hydroponic lettuce and leafy crops, my work focuses on knowledge development to take this relatively young and growing industry to the next level. My cultivation expertise is a key factor in designing trials to improve production and quality. I use this knowledge to advise and educate growers to optimise their cultivation practices. I have a passion for solving complex challenges involving both people and the environment. Delphy's core structure, which focuses on knowledge development and knowledge implementation, allows me to gain expertise in specialised research techniques and provide valuable solutions to growers facing different challenges in agriculture: my motivation to work! I enjoy finding a way to overcome challenges and be responsible in my daily life. I am self-driven and able to perform and deliver results at work and in my personal life. My results-oriented personality gives me the motivation to keep doing what I enjoy doing.
