This afternoon offers a unique opportunity to discover the latest innovations and developments in flower bulb cultivation. \nProgramme\n\nDate: Wednesday 9 April\nTime: 13:00 – 17:00 hours\nTwo starting times: 13:00 hours and 15:00 hours\nLocation: Delphy Flower Bulb Testing Ground\, Loosterweg Zuid 17a\, Lisse\n\n \nDuring the demonstration day\, various trials and innovations will be presented\, giving you the opportunity to learn from consultants and researchers and exchange ideas with colleagues from the sector. Various topics will be discussed\, such as: \n\nAlternative methods for limiting the spread of viruses in tulips\nResearch into weed control in hyacinths\nSustainable control of root-knot nematodes in dahlias\nHot-air treatment as an alternative treatment method against gall mites in tulips\nAlternative\, sustainable methods for controlling insects in various bulbous plants (heat treatment and CATT treatment)\n\nRegistration\nParticipation is free of charge\, but we ask that you register in advance using the registration form to reserve your spot; this helps us with the organisation and catering.\nWe look forward to welcoming you on 9 April and discovering together how we can further improve the cultivation of flower bulbs! \nKind regards\,\nThe Delphy Flower Bulbs team \n\nThis project is co-financed by the European Union.
